Feel free to reserve an appointment in our schedules.

Caution: If you are booking well in advance, please consider that we appreciate as much notice as you can give us to change an appointment you reserve. To respect other’s needs to receive treatment, and also the therapist’s need to fill their hours please book with the intention to attend, rather than the hope that you might attend, and limit the number of changes to that appointment at a later date.

Routinely holding, and cancelling appointments within a few days of the appointment will invite a conversation to ask you to stop.

Thank you for your consideration.

Registered Massage Therapy

Deep tissue massage therapy induces a deep state of relaxation or effectively treat a range of muskulo-skeletal disorders. Guide your therapist to your preference of pressure, and customize your treatment to meet your needs.

Graduating from the massage therapy program and Algonquin College, I have been a registered massage therapist with the CMTO since 2016.

I love working as a therapist; the detective-like nature of solving the cause of my clients’ issues, and how to best resolve them. My approach is to not only to help my clients resolve the issues that brought them in, but also to help identify the cause.  I like to educate clients on the affected anatomical structures, and to work with them to find the best home care activities in order to prevent issues from returning, and that will promote good health.  I have experience helping people in several capacities, including sports massage, deep tissue, fascial, relaxation, pre/peri natal, and some TMJ work.

I believe in good balance in all aspects of life – especially a good work/life balance – and focusing on stress reduction.  Growing up in the farm country outside of Ottawa I have grown to love nature and outdoor activities such as hiking, snowshoeing, playing sports, camping, trail walking, etc.
