Caution: If you are booking well in advance, please consider that we appreciate as much notice as you can give us to change an appointment you reserve. To respect other’s needs to receive treatment, and also the therapist’s need to fill their hours please book with the intention to attend, rather than the hope that you might attend, and limit the number of changes to that appointment at a later date.
Routinely holding, and cancelling appointments within a few days of the appointment will invite a conversation to ask you to stop.
