Among protocols laid down by our Regulatory body, and by Public Health, are passive and active screening, disciplined hand hygiene, maximizing physical distancing, frequently disinfecting high touch surfaces, and the use of PPE. Daniela has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO since 2021. Before Massage Therapy, Daniela completed her BSc, in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, in 2017. During University, she worked with varsity athletes, applying exercise and rehabilitation. This experience motivated her to get into a profession that helps the public return to their normal daily activities, which led her to massage therapy. Daniela enjoys working with all types of clients. Her treatments are tailored to each client’s specific goals and needs, from impairment-based injuries, to relaxation. Daniela works best incorporating stretching techniques into treatments, providing particular homecare for clients, and giving proper education on injury prevention. In her spare time, Daniela enjoys being active, hanging out at the cottage, and spending time with family and friends. She hopes to continue her learning and expand her knowledge through specialized courses in the future!

Registered with the CMTO since 2014, Ashley’s massage provides a creative journey that changes with each person. She guides her clients to regain their health using cupping, craniosacral, and lymphatic drainage. Ashley treats chronic pain, postural imbalance and scars, those who are postoperative, have nerve impingements, repetitive strains, or shin splints, and also offers relaxation. With a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ottawa, Nathan has been practicing as a Registered Kinesiologist in the clinical setting for over 12 years. Specializing in injury prevention, exercise rehab and strength & conditioning, he has assisted hundreds of clients in recovering from injury, managing chronic physical conditions and achieving their wellness goals. First, Nathan will assess your movement patterns to identify any dysfunctions or asymmetries that may be causing pain and compromising your functioning. From there he will prescribe a targeted exercise program to address your specific needs and go through it with you to ensure proper performance.
